Our client charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition with Intent to endanger life and possession of class A drugs with intent to supply was today unanimously acquitted of all charges at Wood Green Crown Court. The Jury were told that his DNA was found on the firearm and of his previous conviction for attempted murder. The Jury accepted that he was unaware that the items found were under his control at the address. Our client, who was on licence at the time of the alleged offence and faced the real likelihood of a life sentence if convicted.
